Which did the opposite time thing for me, in the nicest of ways - I was half-running out of the office to my car, and my phone buzzed, and there was this absolutely lovely comment, and I stopped to read and had a moment of happy calm, standing there, smiling away. Not least of all because I am fairly convinced that I'm really quite hopeless at short fic, so hearing that there was a sense of 'verse is really damn exciting!!
