Oh yeah, I totally have group project anxiety, still. One thing I'm loving about this group of co-mods for this fest is that I don't think any of us have an unrealistically optimistic POV on group work. An optimistic view about the amazingness that can happen when people put their heads together, yes (though I think that's realistic in this fandom!) but we definitely thought about the things people might struggle with and did not imagine 100% skipping through fields of daffodils. So, for instance, part of the reason we went for an almost 3-month creation period was to account for RL things in more lives than usual and for different paces/people sending things back and forth/people having blocks at different times/slow creators working together/things shifting as drafts unfold, etc. So even with slow writing and scheduling stuff, there's time there to work around it.

The tl;dr is that I don't think you need to worry about being that guy. The slightly longer version is that there are reasons why, promise.
